An initial consultation is required to begin private training. Whether you recently adopted a dog, brought home a new puppy, or would like to simply improve your dog’s behavior, a consultation will give you the knowledge and the tools to get you on the right track.
Consultations are held in your home and are 1.5 hours long. Ongoing training options (if needed) will be discussed so you’ll know what to do going forward to reach your goals.
Consultations for behavior issues such as aggression, leash reactivity, fear, anxiety, etc are 2 hours long. During that time we will help pinpoint the causes to your dog’s behavior problem and set you up with management and training solutions that will help decrease the unwanted behaviors from occurring and increase the behaviors you DO want. We will assess your dog’s responsiveness to training and identify the areas that need the most help, and go over training exercises specific to your dog’s issues that you can begin applying right away. We will also go over ongoing training options so you know what you’ll need going forward to help your dog.

Day Training programs are similar to a “board and train” except your dog can remain stress-free in the comfort of their own home while participating in a concentrated training program that is designed to speed up results. These programs are ideal for dogs with behavior issues such as aggression, reactivity, separation anxiety, or fear. They are also for owners who simply want a better behaved dog in a shorter amount of time.
Day Training packages vary in size depending on your dog’s needs. Behavior issues typically require 4-6 weeks of training, basic obedience training typically requires 2-3 weeks. The number of visits per week varies from 3-5. You will learn how to work with your dog with weekly “coaching” sessions so you can feel confident applying the new skills your dog is learning.
Cost: $95 per one hour session
$140 for one 90 minute session (ideal for homes with multiple dogs being trained)
An initial consultation is required to start, and a program will be specially designed based on your dog’s needs and your training goals.
Love your puppy but not all the work that comes with one? House training, crate training, basic obedience, socialization to people, places, and dogs, and working through common puppy issues such as biting and chewing can be overwhelming! To top that off did you know that the average socialization period for puppies ends around 14-16 weeks of age? Take advantage of this critical time period to give your puppy the best start in life. Well trained and socialized puppies are less likely to develop behavior issues later in life, plus they are easier to live with. Puppy Day Training programs are designed to help your puppy get a head start on basic manners and socialization, while giving you the occasional break on puppy duties.
Longer visits that include socialization outings are available!
Cost: $95 per one hour session
$140 for 90 minute outing/training session
An initial consultation is required to start, and a program will be specially designed based on your puppy’s needs and your training goals.
